Sizzler opens new restaurant in Otsuka

Today, Sizzler Otsuka opened on the second floor of the “ba01” building which also opened today.  Equipped with various cutting-edge kitchen equipment and a pass-through refrigerator that is accessible from the kitchen as well as the salad bar, the kitchen has been optimized to take up only 19% of the total floor space.  As a result, even though the store is significantly smaller than the other 8 restaurants in the greater Tokyo area, Sizzler Otsuka managed to comfortably fit 120 seats in Japan’s first small-type Sizzler store at 353 square meters.

Characterized by Sizzler Otsuka’s themes, “Natural,” “Casual,” and “Premium,” the restaurant has a lively, inviting atmosphere.  Its signature Premium Salad Bar features a variety of herbal teas and a new look to its coffee & tea bar, attracting customers’ attention since opening day.

Sizzler’s franchisor, Collins Food Group (CFG), has been a client of Foxmark since 2006. Foxmark provides strategic and operational support to the Sizzler business in Japan which is franchised by Royal Holdings. CFG has been a client of Foxmark since 2006.
