Syndicated loan agreement in US signed with major Japanese bank’s US arm

A US client of Foxmark has signed a syndicated loan agreement in US headed by a US arm of one of Japan’s largest commercial banking groups.  Series of discussions leading up to this agreement was initiated by Foxmark with the bank’s headquarters in Tokyo.
